Brief and project description
Development of control software for electrolytic cells used in hydrogen production. Various stages of development, 9 grids deployed, over 80 cells controlled – further developments to come. Complex IT-OT architecture and stringent cybersecurity requirements.
- High modularity
- Use of PLCs and soft PLCs on real and virtual devices within the same distributed application
- One central HMI control room responsible for general supervision, along with several operator HMIs assigned to the various operational departments
